This service is subject to the following conditions :

1. The Supplier :

1.1 will pay the Host an amount of R500.00 (FIVE HUNDRED RAND) as a joining fee plus a yearly fee of R1 000.00 (ONE THOUSAND RAND) in advance or a monthly fee of R100.00 (ONE HUNDRED RAND) by way of an electronic transfer, per month per advertising space;

1.2 will supply the Host with the name, logo and contact details of the Supplier as well as a description or details regarding its products or services in not more than 400 (Four Hundred) words; as well as the suppliers primary main category and any additional main categories as well as all sub categories;

1.3 will supply the Host with the name, logo and contact details of the Supplier as well as a description or details regarding its products or services in not more than 400 (Four Hundred) words; as well as the suppliers primary main category and any additional main categories as well as all sub categories;

1.4 will be entitled to have a direct link to the Supplier's website from the Host's website;

1.5 acknowledges that by completing this application form and submitting same the conditions herein will be regarded as the agreement between the parties.

1.6 warrants and undertakes to perform all services and supply all goods in a professional manner and of the highest quality.

1.7 agrees that the host may publish any comments, complaints or ratings received from any person to whom the Supplier has supplied goods or delivered services and waives any claim or damages suffered by the Supplier as a result of such publication.

1.8 agrees that the host will deactivate all access cards issued to any registered, paid up Supplier, in the event that payment is not received from the Supplier, or if the contract of the Supplier expires and is not renewed.

2. The Host :

2.1 will be entitled to accept or reject this application or terminate this service at any time in its own discretion but will refund any yearly or monthly fees paid in full or pro rata in accordance with the time the services were made available.

2.2 will advertise the Supplier's product or services on the Host's website on the first day of the month following the date of compliance by the Supplier of all its obligations.

2.3 will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the supplier of whatever nature relating to its advertising on the host’s website.
